The box was a nice box but when I received mine it was damaged. The wood by the hinges were bulged out and split. The screws for the hinges were to close to the edge and which caused it to split. The rubber used to hold the glass in place were not pushed in all the way and one was lying across the shelves when I opened the box. I don't believe the damage was done during shipping or by Coin Supply but from the manufacturer they purchase from. I notified Coin Supply and was asked to send in photos of the damage. They sent me a reply quickly and refunded my money and told me to dispose of the product as I see fit. I would have taken another box but my sons birthday was the next day so I didn't think that would work out for me. Like I said I would have taken another display case but refunding the money worked out OK. I would buy again from this company. Their quick reply and settlement to my complaint was awesome!

Great item for displaying your collection with clear view of the outward facing side. Very attractive display case. Would recommend this product to others.

It’s a great product but was kinda misleading, as from my understanding of the description all 7 shelves were removable but when I received it only 1 was. but other than that, it’s a great product!

We received a damaged case, it was damaged in shipping, they had it pack really good. I contacted Coin Supply Express and they shipped a new challenge case immediately to me.

They are a fantastic company and their response to this was amazing.

I have no problem ordering from them again.

The case is well made and looks so good. Anyone with a loved one in the service should have this display case for them.
