These fit perfectly in Lighthouse Grande-Binder (3 ring). All of the 2.5 x 2.5 archival 2 pocket flips brands that I have tried fit in the pockets.

Received the pages and was pleased with the flexibility and sturdiness of the product. They line up with the binder rings perfectly without bending.
