I ordered a display box that had some minor problems and not only did they replace it they sent me a brand new one for free within a week. I highly recommend not only the product but the site as well!

This display coin box is the nicest I have seen.

My spouse has recently started collecting coins but had no way to display or store them. After searching, I believe ALL sites that had any type of display case, I finally settled on this product as a gift. Am I glad it did! This display case it heavy, solid and beautiful wood. I was worried it would be too big, but it’s not; cheaply made, but it’s not; have poor wood staining, but it doesn’t. The sides have little brass colored handles for moving, flush with the wood. My only cons are that the trays cannot be replaced with coin capsule trays and the drawers do not slide smoothly. But really, the case would have to be bigger if they slide smoothly. I highly recommend this product and site!

The first box is fine, the second box has an issue with the right hinge. I opened toe top and found two loose screws and hinge is not attached. Just got off the phone from tour office, He wanted a photo of the damage.
