The products were sent in timely manner. The product is great...exactly what we needed, and the pricing is fair. The only reason I couldn't give a 5 star rating is because the website was difficult to navigate. It took 2 hours to get order to go thru, and even then I had to split products into two orders, causing an extra shipping cost. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING!!! That dept. in the minds of existing & potential clients IS the CEO. If your CS will address this issue, I would. appreciate it.
