What is the difference between these Guardhouse flips item #783000 and the Guardhouse flips item #782512? They are both 2.5x2.5 flips.

Item#783000 are vinyl and have oils and softeners that can damage the coin over time. Item #782512 are made of unplasticized vinyl which are more archival and do not have added oils or softeners which are great for longer term storage.
