The description for this album says it comes with 10 pages (holding 2 certified notes each) and holds up to "60 PAGES"! That doesn't sound plausible to me. Can you please explain. And I assume I can purchase extra pages?

Yes you can purchase extra lighthouse 2C pages, item#47312. The album comes with 10 pages and you can add 50 more
