California: 8 PM P.S.T. - IMPORTANT UPDATE
Late on the evening of March 19, 2020 the Governor of the State of California in which our business is located issued an order that effectively halted most businesses activity until further notice. Our customer service staff is working remotely and can answer your calls.
Can I still place an order with Coin Supply Express?
Yes, you can place your order. We are currently shipping all orders, but expect delays. Once we are back to full operations, orders will be shipped in the order received and your card will be charged. Your card will be authorized upon checkout and when we ship your order, the charge will be processed.
I placed an order before March 19th at 10PM PST and my order has not yet shipped. What will happen?
If you placed an order before March 19th at 10PM and your order has not shipped, and we are unable to ship it within a reasonable time, a refund will be issued. Please be patient as the situation is fluid, and we are making an attempt to clear a backlog of orders.
What if I need customer service?

What if I have a return to send back?
Do not send any returns at this time. Our warehouse is minimally operating and we are not receiving returns at this time.
