How do I estimate shipping without entering my personal information?

You can review the cost of shipping at any time and without entering personal information by adding an item(s) to your shopping cart when you do this you will see your subtotal as well as a bar asking for your zip code. Just fill that in and click the go button. You will see different rates available as well as different shipping carriers that are based on the contents of your cart to the zip code that you entered. This rate will change as items are added or removed from your cart.

Why can't I find US mint albums?

Unfortunately, the US mint albums have been discontinued so we no longer offer them on our website.

Can you notify me when an out of stock item is available to ship?

We are happy to announce this new feature to our website! You can now have an email notification sent to you once an out of stock item becomes available. To do this you simply press the notify me button highlighted in blue right under the availability status of the item. Input your email and you're done! Once the item is back in stock an email will be sent to you and you can continue placing your order.

Can I put an out of stock item on my order?

We do not accept back ordered items onto an order. If an item is out of stock you will need to wait until the item is available again to add it to your order. We usually get new shipments of out of stock items every 2-3 weeks. You can also have an email notification sent to you once the item is available.

Does Coin Supply Express send out samples of products?

We do not send out samples. However, we do not have a minimum order so if you would like to test out a product before doing a bulk order feel free to order a single item to make sure it is what you are expecting!

What does it mean to pre-order an item?

Pre-order means that the item has not yet been released. You are still able to place an order for this item and pay for it, then once we recieve the item we will ship it out to you.

How do I redeem my reward points?

Once you have everything in your shopping cart press proceed to checkout and down in the payment options you will click on payment type and choose reward points. At that time it will show you how many available points you have and will actually allow you to select how many of those points you wish to use on your current order.

Can orders have split payments?

Yes, we are happy to take split payments for your order. Once you have all items in your shopping cart you will push "proceed to checkout" when you go down to the payment section there will be a "split payment" option highlighted in blue. Press that and simply input how much you would like charged to the second card.

Where can I find plastic slides for my Dansco album?

If your Dansco album is missing one of the plastic slides or you would just like to have extra you can purchase acetate paper sized to 8 1/2 x 11 and cut it to fit into your Dansco album. Unfortunately, we do not carry these, but you can find them in almost any hobby store.

Can I check on the status of my order after it's been shipped?

Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email (if provided) which will contain a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to see your order status during the whole transit process.

Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. box?

Yes, you can have your order shipped to a P.O. box if it is sent by USPS, other wise it must be shipped to a home or business address. This is because FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We ask that you allow us up to one week for your order to be delivered to you. If an item on your order is on back order then you may not recieve your order for up to 2 weeks.

Can I add any products to my order once it has already been placed?

Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to place any additional items onto the order. If you would like to add extra items we would have to cancel and refund the previous order and place a separate order to include all items that you wish to receive. Which delivery service will my order be shipped through?

Here at Coin Supply Express we ship all orders either by USPS or FedEx.

If you choose our flat rate shipping option we will choose the carrier. Because FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes you must enter a street delivery address to take advantage of our $9.99 flat rate shipping offer. If you require that we deliver your order to a P.O. box you will have to choose USPS as the delivery service at whatever rate is specified.

Is there a Coin Supply Store that I can visit?

Will I be notified when my order has been shipped?

An email will be sent (if you provided us with one) once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. On that email you will also recieve a tracking number so that you are able to see the progress of your order while it is on its way to being delivered to you.

How do I change the shipping information on my order?

If you forgot or misspelled anything on your shipping information for your order just give us a call at 800-503-6461 and we will correct it. Please do this as soon as possible. We are not able to change addresses on orders after they have left our warehouse.
